Cooking Instructions:

Choose your Meat (1kg Chicken OR Mutton). Marinate halves of 3 big potatoes with turmeric and salt, fry till crispy.

Add the Khaisua Anglo Indian gravy, meat, fried potatoes & 1 cup hot water to a pan, keep medium
flame and mix well. -
Cover and cook over low flame, stir occasionally. Once oil separates, add a sprinkle of hot water, adjust salt.

Garnish with chopped coriander and a sprinkle of garam masala and serve.
