Cooking Instructions:

Choose your Meat (1kg Chicken OR Mutton) and add in a pan with Khaisua
Kosha gravy. -
Add 100g beaten curd & 1 cup water to the pan, keep medium flame and mix well.

Cover and Cook over low flame. Stir
occassionally till meat is tender. -
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
