Cooking Instructions:

Fry your Protein (200 g Paneer OR 200 Mushroom OR 750 g Chicken) and 100 g Barista (fried Onions) separately.

Add Khaisua Mughlai Gravy & Barista in a pan over medium flame, then add 100g beaten curd.
OPTIONAL: ADD 3 STRANDS OF SAFFRON IN STEP 2 -
Saute for 3 min, add protein, add pinch of chilli powder, cover and cook over low flame till oil
separates. -
Lastly, sprinkle chopped
coriander and serve.
